Gradually, the victor removes the opponent's options until they are still on the board but they have nowhere to go. How frustrating. Unless, that is, the player wants to lose. Perhaps they are tired of the process. Perhaps they would rather be doing something less logical and more intuitive - or they might prefer to be playing a different game entirely. You are being backed into a corner now but the corner in question suits you, more than you realise. Don't just bow to the inevitable, embrace and celebrate it!
